Location: South Parade, Leeds

Salary: £30,000 OTE £45,000 + Benefits

This division consists of the service delivery of Nursing care within the Healthcare community and is consistently on hand to deliver a first-class service to NHS and private care organisations at extreme short notice. The service they deliver is fast, reliable, professional and most importantly, trusted.

 

Due to successful development they have achieved, we are now looking to expand the team and bring on board a new Client Relationship Executive to join based at the Leeds office. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for growing existing and long term clients, as well as reopening communications with lapsed business. 

 

The Role:

  • Identifying long term clients in conjunction with our Commercial Analysts and Business Unit Managers
  • Creating strategies for engagement to enable meaningful conversations about current and future supply
  • Building relationships across all relevant sections of the NHS and private sector including, but not limited to, procurement, staffing, finance, operations 
  • Set up regular account reviews and use these to enhance the current trading relationship and identify opportunities for growth
  • Log client engagements on CRM
  • Deal with any occurring service issues
  • Increasing service levels on any declining clients

 

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working as a relationship officer or a track record of managing relationships – ideally with a focus on NHS, not necessarily staffing 
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
