A vacancy now exits for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to support the European business.  Based in Zaventem, Belgium with a mix of home working, you will be part of a small, dynamic sales team reporting into the Sales Manager for the region.

 

The selected individual will represent the company, promoting the products and service offerings. Using current methods and their own initiative, they will grow both the brand and internal sales culture. This is an opportunity to make a name for yourself within the industry and add to the European sales capability.

 

The Role:

As the internal sales person you will play a fundamental role in achieving the ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. In addition, we need competitively focused candidates’ intent on exceeding objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and process new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Answering customers' technical questions, queries and selling appropriate product solutions 
  • Support technical inbound and outbound sales activities with quotations and order processing
  • Prioritisation of customers using the 80/20 operating model as well as understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales members for further development and / or closure
  • Keeping up with product and service information, updates and communications
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest with awareness of commercial competitors
  • Staying informed about competing products ranges and services linking to upselling for our products
  • Team with channel partners, locally and across the European teams to build pipeline and close deals

 

Qualifications/Experience/The Person:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with proven inside technical sales experience
  • HVAC industry experience is desirable however, extensive product training will be given
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and technical product ranges
  • Track record of over-achieving objectives set
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong listening skills with competitive drive
  • Exceptional phone presence and experience dealing with dozens of calls / customers per day
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers maintaining an effective ‘One Team’ approach
  • Willingness and capability to embrace change and be open to new ways of working
  • Driven personality to take ownership of issues and work with colleagues and customers to reach solutions
  • Must be fluent in Dutch / French / English due to the extensive European customer base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
