An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Compliance Coordinator now exists under the direction of the Recruitment Team Leader. You will create and maintain a consistent approach to new candidates, involving ensuring candidates are recruited and cleared to work in accordance with Company Quality procedures.


The Role:

  • Liaising with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, possessing a confident, warm customer focused telephone manner when dealing with candidates
  • Administration and compliancy of clinicians files complying with all the current recruitment and company policies
  • You will be responsible for file sign off in accordance with company and recruitment guidelines and within the timescales agreed with your Line Manager
  • You will utilise the company databases and systems relating to recruitment and ensure the input of accurate and clean data onto the system


The Candidate:

  • Previous administration experience is ideal
  • You will have strong IT skills and the ability to manage a database and keep records up to date
  • Previous experience in a telephone environment showcasing your excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and be highly organised
