We now have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join the team under the direction of the Recruitment Team Leader and maintain a consistent approach to new candidates joining the division, ensuring they are recruited and compliant to work in accordance with Company Quality procedures.

 

The Role:

  • Liaising with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, possessing a confident, warm customer focused telephone manner when dealing with candidates always.
  • Administration and compliancy of clinicians’ files complying with all the current recruitment and company policies
  • Responsible for file sign off in accordance with company and recruitment guidelines and within the timescales agreed with Line Manager.
  • Utilise company databases and systems relating to recruitment and to ensure the input of accurate and clean data onto the system.
  • Any other relevant duties as required by the line manager.

 

The Candidate:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous experience in a telephone environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage a database and keep records up to date
  • Previous admin experience
