Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid working model between home and office)

Salary: £23,000 - £26000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and driven individual to join a friendly and supportive Internal Recruitment Team. This is a role supporting the internal recruitment for all the 25 businesses across the Group. Your role will involve articulating the global talent brand and candidate value proposition, with responsibility for vacancy management and recruiting operations for specific businesses/functions within the Group.


The Role:

  • Effectively source suitable candidates using a variety of job boards, social media and campaigns for multiple roles
  • Build candidate pipelines for future hiring, understanding the market, and continually keeping up to date with trends
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across the group, develop a deep understanding of the business units / functions, role requirements and desired candidate profiles to drive the best possible outcomes
  • You will have full lifecycle management of vacancies from approval to offer and manage the candidates’ expectations throughout ensuring they have relevant and timely feedback in relation to their applications and interviews
  • Utilising our applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication across the business
  • Upholding resourcing best practices, driving operational effectiveness through process improvements, stretch projects relevant to your stakeholders needs and implementation of regional initiatives, while ensuring hiring managers and other stakeholders are informed


The Candidate:

  • Ideally you would have experience within recruitment or talent acquisition, healthcare recruitment would be an advantage or you are a recent graduate looking to start your career in recruitment
  • Proven experience of managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • You will have strong behavioural / competency based screening experience
  • It’s important you have deep knowledge and proven success of utilising recruitment CRM’s, Job Boards, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms and marketing channels
  • You will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • You are responsive and effective while working at pace and have the ability to strategically pipeline
