Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid working model between home and office)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission & Benefits

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and driven individual to join a friendly and supportive Internal Recruitment Team. This is a role supporting the internal recruitment for all the 25 businesses across the Group. Your role will involve articulating the global talent brand and candidate value proposition, with responsibility for vacancy management and recruiting operations for specific businesses/functions within the Group.


The Role:

  • You will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for a variety of roles across the business
  • Working with hiring managers across the business, taking time to understand each role and its needs
  • You will have full lifecycle management of vacancies from approval to offer
  • Writing creative job adverts for both internal and external job boards
  • Researching and developing long term candidate attraction strategies
  • Shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and completing detailed screening reports
  • Providing feedback to successful candidates and unsuccessful candidates
  • Liaising with the HR team regarding new started paperwork


The Candidate:

  • We are looking for someone with previous 360 recruitment experience or experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Someone with proven experience managing multiple searches and vacancies, with the ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix team
  • Be able to demonstrate strong behavioural / competency based interviewing experience
  • You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Previous experience using a variety of resourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed and CRM systems
  • You will have extensive experience working within a KPI driven role
