Their New Product Development team play a pivotal role in ensuring they remain leaders in static grounding control. Due to their continued development and growth, we are looking for a passionate, capable and diligent Embedded Systems Engineer to join the small team.
Operations Director

Part of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO, you will have budgetary responsibility, to lead the facilities, to improve all processes across Production and the Supply Chain. As well as introducing KPI’s and metrics to support the OTIF delivery, of safety critical products for multiple applications, you will lead the implementation of Continual Improvement / Lean / Quality / HSE initiatives ensuring that people and process are aligned with strategic objectives. You will be tasked with delivering exceptional results to QCD measures operating to world class levels.
Non-Executive Director
A vacancy exists for a high calibre individual to join the Non-Exec Board of a highly profitable business located in the heart of the UK’s manufacturing base. This is an established heavy engineering / manufacturing Group of companies, mainly exporting to the transport sector, where the demand for the product is exceptional.
The role will require attendance at monthly Board meetings, an AGM and any extraordinary meetings of this outstanding and highly profitable Plc. To be effective, you will bring deep understanding and knowledge of the manufacturing / engineering sector, ideally with an early career and hands on experience of production / operations, within a world class organisation.
NPI Design Engineer
The NPI Design Engineer will lead on developing new technologies and new product development from research, concept design, testing and rolling out to internal manufacturing and provide technical and practical assistance in implementation of customer inquiries and New Product Innovation (NPI). Also responsible for the practical implementation of the preliminary theoretical R&D process, you will also provide support to manufacturing, procurement, quality and engineering departments consistent with principles of introduction of new / improved methods and products.
R&D Design Engineer
The R&D Design Engineer will lead on developing new technologies and new product development from research, concept design, testing and rolling out to internal manufacturing and provide technical and practical assistance in implementation of customer inquiries and New Product Introduction (NPI) activity.
