The details we collect are categorised as contact details, employment details, correspondence and discussion notes.

Why do we collect this information?

You are someone who may be a good match for one of our client’s open job roles. 

We will process your Personal Data under our legitimate interests, which are:

• Operating a pool of candidates for matching against client roles

When we agree that you are suited to one of our client’s open roles, you will have the opportunity to give your consent for being introduced to the client in question. This introduction is completely optional, and you can withhold your consent, or withdraw it any time where you have previously granted it.

Where did we get your information?

We collected your Personal Data from one or more of the following sources:

• Yourself
• A job board or other portal that you have published your CV on

Who might we share your information with?

We will share your Personal Data with British local and central government bodies and agencies; to the extent required by law. 

Your Personal Data will only be shared with our clients where you have given your consent (on a client-by-client basis) for this, and we will confirm the identity of the client before you information is shared. 

We will also share your Personal Data with our suppliers, such as those providing data storage, record-keeping and messaging services. Such suppliers will process your Personal Data solely at our direction, and not for any other purpose.

Can you opt-out?

• Remove your details from our candidate pool
• Withdraw your consent, where you have previously given it for your details to be shared with one of our clients

What do we do with your information?

We will use your Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes:

• Handling your response to a job advert we have placed
• Downloading your details into our candidate pool from a job board or other portal you have published your CV on
• Contacting you about new client roles we are working on that may interest you
• Arranging and conducting discussions or meetings concerning your suitability for open roles we are working on behalf of our clients

How long do we keep hold of your information?

Your Personal Data will be retained for up to three years after we have last been in contact with you, or downloaded your information from a job portal.

What are your rights?

• Ask us to provide a copy of the Personal Data for you that we hold or process.
• Request that we make a correction to the Personal Data for you that we hold or process.
• Object to our processing of your Personal Data.
• When you have withdrawn your consent for our processing concerning one or more pieces of your Personal Data, request that we erase the relevant items.
